Designing dresses for a child is one thing, but for a child to design gowns for herself, is another, especially at age 4! With all eyes on Oscar fashion these past few weeks, I could not contain my excitement when I stumbled upon this beyond adorable and clearly talented gal, Mayhem on Instagram! Mayhem lets her inner child shine with inspirations and creations made out of construction paper, tissue paper, wrapping paper, tulle, and even silk scarves, of course with the help from her uber cool mom Angie! Take a look at her red carpet interpretations, her fairy tale and real life inspirations, all from the things she sees and the places she goes!
